Escape Your Habit is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending the bad habits that prevent people from living healthy lives. We also provide them with the support they need to adopt a proper lifestyle.
We help people who are stuck in bad habits and whose physical and mental health is at risk. Our goal is to serve a wide range of people suffering from illnesses caused by their unhealthy habits, including diabetes, obesity, depression, and burnout (lack of motivation).
However, in the first phase, we focus mainly on educating, inspiring, and supporting people suffering from diabetes.
