Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- ½ cup Oats gluten free
- ¾ cup Almond Milk unsweetened
- ¼ cup Carrot shredded
- ¼ cup Walnuts
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- 1 tbsp Marple Syrup
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp Ginger
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into a mason jar or a sealed container, give it a good stir and place in the fridge overnight.½ cup Oats, ¾ cup Almond Milk, ¼ cup Carrot, 2 tbsp Raisins, 1 tbsp Marple Syrup, ½ tsp Cinnamon, ⅛ tsp Ginger
- In the morning, add an extra tablespoon of walnuts for an extra crunch if desired.¼ cup Walnuts
- Enjoy cold or warmed up.
