  • 2 Brown Rice Tortilla Wraps
  • 1 cup Chickpeas
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 stalks Celery
  • ¼ cup Red Onions
  • 2 tbsp Vegan Mayo
  • 1 Pinche Sea Salt & Ground Pepper


  • Wash and drain the chickpeas. Put the chickpeas in a big bowl and mash them with a fork.
    1 cup Chickpeas
  • Chop the celery and red onion into small pieces and add it to the chickpeas.
    1 stalks Celery, ¼ cup Red Onions
  • Toss in the remaining of the ingredients.
    ½ Avocado, 2 tbsp Vegan Mayo, 1 Pinche Sea Salt & Ground Pepper
  • Divide the mixture up into two separate wraps.
