Chickpea Wrap

Ingredients
- 2 Brown Rice Tortilla Wraps
- 1 cup Chickpeas
- ½ Avocado
- 1 stalks Celery
- ¼ cup Red Onions
- 2 tbsp Vegan Mayo
- 1 Pinche Sea Salt & Ground Pepper
Instructions
- Wash and drain the chickpeas. Put the chickpeas in a big bowl and mash them with a fork.1 cup Chickpeas
- Chop the celery and red onion into small pieces and add it to the chickpeas.1 stalks Celery, ¼ cup Red Onions
- Toss in the remaining of the ingredients.½ Avocado, 2 tbsp Vegan Mayo, 1 Pinche Sea Salt & Ground Pepper
- Divide the mixture up into two separate wraps.2 Brown Rice Tortilla Wraps
