  • 4 cups Spinach
  • 8 oz Chicken
  • 2 Eggs hard boiled
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Cucumber chopped
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil extra vergine
  • pinch Sea Salt
  • pinch Ground Pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 350F/175C.
  • Bake the chicken breast in a dish with olive oil, salt and pepper for about 30 minutes.
    8 oz Chicken, 2 Tbsp Olive Oil, pinch Sea Salt, pinch Ground Pepper
  • While the chicken is cooking, wash the spinach and place it at the base of a salad bowl.
    4 cups Spinach
  • Place all the remaining ingredients on top of the spinach.
    4 cups Spinach, 2 Eggs, 4 slices Bacon, 1 cup Cucumber, 1 Avocado
  • Once the chicken is done, add it to the bowl

  • Lastly drizzle the olive oil on top and add sea salt and pepper, if desired.

For a fresh kick, you can use the juice of a lemon for the acidity
