Hummus & Vegetables
- Food Processor
- 1 can Chickpeas
- ¼ cup Tahini
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- 1 cup Cucumber sticks
- Start by preparing the chickpeas. If you are preparing dry chickpeas follow the instructions on the packaging or if you are using canned make sure to drain the chickpeas and rinse them well.
- Once the chickpeas are ready, place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until it forms a smooth and creamy texture.
- Store the hummus into an air tight container, or portion it out immediately into 4 servings.
