Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Grass Fed Butter
  • tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Place the cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to allow it to soften.
    ¼ cup Cream Cheese
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until the mixture is smooth.
    2 Eggs, ¼ cup Cream Cheese, 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour, 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, ⅛ tsp Vanilla Extract, ½ tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • Place a frying pan on medium heat with coconut oil.
  • Once the oil has melted make 2-3 pancakes at a time depending on the size on your pan.
  • Serve with Grass Fed Butter.

to the pancakes fit very well berries like blueberries, raspberries, strawberries or also ketogenic "Nutella"
