Instructions
Start by preparing the quinoa according to the directions on the packaging.
¼ cup Quinoa
While the quinoa is cooking, start chopping the parsley and the tomatoes.
½ cup Parsley,
2 Tomato
Once the quinoa is done, let it cool down for a bit and then add all the remaining ingredients.
2 tbsp Pine Nuts,
1 tbsp Tahini,
½ Lemon Juice,
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Mix well and serve cold.
