- 1 can Black Beans
- ¼ cup Oatmeal gluten free
- ¼ cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ¼ cup Parsley fresh
- 1 tsp Chilli
- ½ tsp Cayenne Powder
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
Drain and rinse the black beans and pat dry with paper towel.
1 can Black Beans
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and the mixture becomes sticky.
1 can Black Beans, ¼ cup Oatmeal, ¼ cup Onion, 2 cloves Garlic, ¼ cup Parsley, 1 tsp Chilli, ½ tsp Cayenne Powder, ½ tsp Sea Salt, ½ tsp Pepper
Form 4 patties and cook on the stove top on medium heat with coconut oil.
1 tsp Coconut Oil
Fry the patty for about 3-5 minutes each side, and then you can add any of your favourite toppings to the burger patties.
