Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Black Beans
  • ¼ cup Oatmeal gluten free
  • ¼ cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ¼ cup Parsley fresh
  • 1 tsp Chilli
  • ½ tsp Cayenne Powder
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil

Instructions
 

  • Drain and rinse the black beans and pat dry with paper towel.
    1 can Black Beans
  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor and the mixture becomes sticky.
    1 can Black Beans, ¼ cup Oatmeal, ¼ cup Onion, 2 cloves Garlic, ¼ cup Parsley, 1 tsp Chilli, ½ tsp Cayenne Powder, ½ tsp Sea Salt, ½ tsp Pepper
  • Form 4 patties and cook on the stove top on medium heat with coconut oil.
    1 tsp Coconut Oil
  • Fry the patty for about 3-5 minutes each side, and then you can add any of your favourite toppings to the burger patties.
  • Enjoy!
