Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium Zucchinis
  • 2 can Tuna
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil Mayo
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese
  • pinch Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400F/200C.
  • Slice the zucchinis down the middle and scoop the flesh from the inside of the zucchini.
    4 medium Zucchinis
  • Combine the tuna, mayo, chopped celery, salt and pepper.
    2 can Tuna, 2 tbsp Avocado Oil Mayo, 2 stalks Celery, pinch Salt & Pepper
  • Fill each zucchini half with the tuna mixture.
  • Top the zucchini halves with shredded cheese.
    ½ cup Shredded Cheese
  • Bake on a baking sheet for 18-20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
  • Enjoy!
