Instructions
Place the cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to allow it to soften.
¼ cup Cream Cheese
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until the mixture is smooth.
2 Eggs,
¼ cup Cream Cheese,
2 Tbsp Coconut Flour,
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil,
⅛ tsp Vanilla Extract,
½ tsp Baking Powder,
1 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
Place a frying pan on medium heat with coconut oil.
Once the oil has melted make 2-3 pancakes at a time depending on the size on your pan.
Serve with Grass Fed Butter.
