Instructions
Chop the spinach, onions, and garlic and combine in a mixing bowl with the ground turkey, salt and pepper.
16 oz Ground Turkey,
1 cup Spinach,
¼ cup Onions,
1 clove Garlic,
1 pinch Sea Salt,
1 pinch Pepper
Melt the coconut oil on medium heat in a pan.
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Form 6 patties and fry for 3-5 minutes each side.
Once the burgers are ready, add your favorite toppings (see recipe notes) on top of the patties and enjoy.
Notes
As burger buns, we recommend Lettuce leaves, as topping e.g., mustard, tomatoes, onions, avocado, bacon ...
