Coconut Chia Pudding
- 1 can Coconut Milk
- ¼ cup Chia Seeds
- ¼ cup Berries
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract or fresh
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except the berries. Stir well and then transfer the mixture to a sealed container.

Let the chia seed pudding sit in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
Once it is ready, you can separate it into 4 servings and add a handful one of berries on top.
