Instructions
Heat a pan on medium heat and add the coconut oil
Once the coconut oil is melted, add all the vegetables except for the spinach and cook for 3 minutes.
Next add the eggs and spinach.
Once the scramble is done, add the sliced avocado on top.
Season with salt and pepper to your desire.
