Caprese Stuffed Avocados

- 1 Avocado
- ¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes
- ¼ cup Mini Mozzarella Balls
- ½ tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- pinch Sea Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Scoop out a bit of an avocado to create a deeper pit.1 Avocado
- Combine the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls in a bowl, then transfer into the avocado.¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes, ¼ cup Mini Mozzarella Balls
