  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • ¼ cup Chia Seeds
  • ¼ cup Berries
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract or fresh
  • Stevia


  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except the berries. Stir well and then transfer the mixture to a sealed container.

  • Let the chia seed pudding sit in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
  • Once it is ready, you can separate it into 4 servings and add a handful one of berries on top.
