Greek Chickpea Salad

- 2 cup Chickpeas
- 2 Tomato diced
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- ½ cup Feta Cheese diced
- ¼ cup Red Onions sliced
- 12 Olives
- 2 tsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- Pinch Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas.2 cup Chickpeas
- Prepare the vegetables by washing and slicing them.2 Tomato, 1 cup Cucumber, ½ cup Feta Cheese, ¼ cup Red Onions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.2 cup Chickpeas, 2 Tomato, 1 cup Cucumber, ½ cup Feta Cheese, ¼ cup Red Onions, 12 Olives
- Drizzle the olive oil on top and add the pinch of salt and pepper.2 tsp Olive Oil, Pinch Salt & Pepper
