Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Chickpeas
  • 2 Tomato diced
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onions sliced
  • 12 Olives
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil extra virgin
  • Pinch Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
    2 cup Chickpeas
  • Prepare the vegetables by washing and slicing them.
    2 Tomato, 1 cup Cucumber, ½ cup Feta Cheese, ¼ cup Red Onions
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
    2 cup Chickpeas, 2 Tomato, 1 cup Cucumber, ½ cup Feta Cheese, ¼ cup Red Onions, 12 Olives
  • Drizzle the olive oil on top and add the pinch of salt and pepper.
    2 tsp Olive Oil, Pinch Salt & Pepper
