Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Quinoa
  • ½ cup Parsley fresh
  • 2 Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Pine Nuts
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
  • ½ Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Start by preparing the quinoa according to the directions on the packaging.
    ¼ cup Quinoa
  • While the quinoa is cooking, start chopping the parsley and the tomatoes.
    ½ cup Parsley, 2 Tomato
  • Once the quinoa is done, let it cool down for a bit and then add all the remaining ingredients.
    2 tbsp Pine Nuts, 1 tbsp Tahini, ½ Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Mix well and serve cold.
  • Enjoy!
