- ¼ cup Quinoa
- ½ cup Parsley fresh
- 2 Tomato
- 2 tbsp Pine Nuts
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- ½ Lemon Juice
- Start by preparing the quinoa according to the directions on the packaging.¼ cup Quinoa
