- 1 sheet Nori
- 2 cups Cauliflower Rice
- 100 g Smoked Salmon
- ½ Avocado
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Amino
Instructions
- Start with making the cauliflower rice by grating cauliflower.2 cups Cauliflower Rice
- Scoop out half of an avocado.½ Avocado
- Combine everything in a large bowl, with the cauliflower being the base.
- Next, add in either raw sushi-grade salmon, or you can also use smoked salmon.100 g Smoked Salmon
- Finally, add one sheet of Nori seaweed cut into small strips, and top it all off with some coconut aminos.2 Tbsp Coconut Amino, 1 sheet Nori
