  • 2 cups Cauliflower Rice
  • 100 g Smoked Salmon
  • ½ Avocado
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Amino


  • Start with making the cauliflower rice by grating cauliflower.
    2 cups Cauliflower Rice
  • Scoop out half of an avocado.
    ½ Avocado
  • Combine everything in a large bowl, with the cauliflower being the base.
  • Next, add in either raw sushi-grade salmon, or you can also use smoked salmon.
    100 g Smoked Salmon
  • Finally, add one sheet of Nori seaweed cut into small strips, and top it all off with some coconut aminos.
    2 Tbsp Coconut Amino, 1 sheet Nori
