Breakfast Bowl
In this breakfast bowl you will find everything you need for a healthy start to the day

- 1 Kitchen knife
- 1 pan
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 2 oz Salmon smoked
- ½ Avocado
- 2 cups Kale sautéed
- 1 tsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Start by chopping and washing 2 cups of kale.2 cups Kale
- Once that is done place a pan on medium heat with a little bit of olive oil and add the kale for about 5 minutes.1 tsp Olive Oil, 2 cups Kale
- While the kale is sautéing prepare the eggs the way you prefer them.2 Eggs
- Lastly slice half an avocado and measure out 50 grams of smoked salmon.½ Avocado, 2 oz Salmon
