Tofu Scramble
Scrambeled Tofu with vegetables
Equipment
- 1 pan
Ingredients
- 4 oz Tofu
- ½ cup Red Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Spinach
- ¼ cup red Onion
- 1 tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
- Place a pan on medium heat and add the onions and peppers with the coconut oil.½ cup Red Bell Pepper, 1 tsp Coconut Oil, ¼ cup red Onion
- Once the vegetables become translucent, add the tofu to the pan and roughly break it down with a spatula.4 oz Tofu
- Next add the coconut aminos, turmeric, salt and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.1 tbsp Coconut Aminos, ½ tsp Sea Salt, 1 pinch Black Pepper, 1 tsp Turmeric
- Add the spinach in the last 2 minutes to avoid wilting too much.1 cup Spinach
